About The Position
CHS, Inc. has an exciting opportunity in our Agriculture division. We are looking for a Sr. Director, Commodity Trading for our feed grains/corn product line. This position is responsible for the global supply chain and end-to-end margins for the feed grains/corn product line throughout our global locations, providing an effective link to grain markets worldwide for our owners, producers, and customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and possess proven leadership capabilities, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in managing and problem solving through dynamic global environments. As a leader with a track record of driving operational excellence and innovation, the successful candidate will inspire and motivate a diverse group of employees to work as a team and achieve the organization's strategic goals and evolve our capabilities and positioning within global grain markets. This position is onsite at our Inver Grove Heights, MN global headquarters office.
