About The Position

CovalentCreative is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Senior Director. This role is crucial for driving the next stage of growth, ensuring that our sales team wins new customers and that current clients buy more. The Senior Director will coach a small, multi-product sales organization, create compelling offers with clear pricing and collateral, and maintain alignment between Sales and Marketing. The position involves running the sales operating cadence, ensuring data accuracy, and removing roadblocks for sellers. The Senior Director will also be responsible for launching new offerings and expansions, identifying target customers, and managing the logistics from concept to adoption.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years in B2B media or information services, with at least 3 years leading a small sales or enablement team.
  • Experience in healthcare media for at least 1 year.
  • Proven leadership in sales operating cadence and coaching.
  • Hands-on experience in sales enablement and product marketing with a portfolio of relevant assets.
  • Excellent creative and copy taste, with proficiency in design tools like Figma/Canva.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading enablement across multi-product selling in a small sales organization.
  • A track record of metrics attributed to sales programs.
  • Experience building ROI calculators and pricing tools.
  • Familiarity with account-based campaigns and writing briefs for Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the sales asset library including positioning one-pagers, media kits, rate/pricing matrices, case studies, ROI calculators, proposal & SOWs templates, and pitch decks.
  • Create sales playbooks for different sales pods and ensure they are current and visually appealing.
  • Develop email sequences, landing pages, demo flows, and leave-behinds to facilitate sales.
  • Review and approve sales assets for clarity and aesthetics to uphold brand standards.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to write GTM briefs and ensure effective execution.
  • Partner with Publishing/Media and Data teams to package programs with clear value propositions.
  • Launch targeted sales activation campaigns and measure their effectiveness.
  • Lead and coach four sales pods, conducting daily stand-ups, pipeline reviews, and one-on-ones.
  • Translate CEO priorities into actionable targets and collateral.
  • Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and dashboards to ensure data accuracy.
  • Join strategic meetings and support complex proposals without carrying a personal quota.
