About The Position

As a Senior Director, Juris Banking you'll be in a key business development and relationship management role that executes the division's strategic plan and guide the team in its efforts to meet the organization's annual growth and customer retention targets in the legal industry. You'll take a holistic approach to relationship management and be an active participant both in developing new opportunities and working with existing customers. In this role you'll work your network and portfolio for additional opportunities within the legal industry and devote significant time developing new prospects; this effort is balanced with your responsibility for your portfolio's health management. Lead efforts to grow the deposit portfolio for the Juris Banking organization. Meet sales objectives, portfolio health, and management of market dynamics. Executes the strategy outlined by the Managing Director. Responsible for managing portfolio health, and efforts to proactively address L&D performance, mitigating risk from market development, complications in service delivery, and product adoption. Maintain a complete understanding of internal bank departments and processes, using that knowledge to source prospects and develop new customer relationships based on deals that will be advantageous to the bank. Fosters strong, healthy working relationships with senior leaders and peers, and facilitates smooth transitioning of business opportunities into a booked transaction and ongoing relationships.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of direct, related experience in lending and/or deposit sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations and juris banking products and services.
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Strong speaking and writing experience for internal and external audiences.
