As our Senior Director, Client Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in leading and scaling our revenue cycle delivery organization. Here’s What You Can Expect Own executive accountability for a complex, multi‑client revenue cycle portfolio, driving sustained revenue growth, operational performance, and long‑term client partnerships. Act as a strategic advisor to senior and C‑suite client leaders, leading quarterly executive business reviews and influencing outcomes through data‑driven insights. Lead and scale a high‑performing organization of 200+ revenue cycle professionals through 5+ direct leaders in multi‑system, acute‑care environments. Deliver measurable financial and operational impact by executing revenue optimization, cost‑reduction, automation, and process transformation initiatives. Establish enterprise‑level performance governance, leveraging analytics, automation, and continuous improvement to exceed client KPIs and NPS targets. Qualifications Proven senior‑level leadership experience in acute‑care revenue cycle operations, including end‑to-end RCM ownership in complex, multi‑system environments. Demonstrated success leading large, distributed teams and developing leadership talent at scale. Strong expertise in change management, process design, and operational transformation within healthcare or revenue cycle services. Experience driving automation, digital enablement, and analytics‑based decision‑making (e.g., Power BI, integrated systems, EMR environments). For this US-based position, the base pay range is $175,000.00 - $244,881.42 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
