Requirements

  • The ideal candidate has 10 years’ experience in claims, with minimum of 5 years in major case unit and minimum of 3 years leadership of major case unit.
  • Sets enterprise claims strategy for Liability Major Case, benchmarking against top TPAs/insurers
  • Drives measurable financial impact through loss-cost containment and lifecycle optimization
  • Leads transformational change: advanced workflows, automation, and process redesign at scale
  • Ensures regulatory compliance, risk controls, and audit-ready governance
  • Uses analytics to improve severity, cycle time, and vendor performance
  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree or related area and 4 years’ experience in insurance claims or related area.
  • Option 2: 6 years’ experience in insurance claims or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Leads all support functions for Leave of Absence (LB), Specialty, and Workers' Compensation (WC) claims.
  • Defines and implements best-in-class Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for claims processes.
  • Oversees training, associate quality, vendor quality, and ensure compliance across all support functions.
  • Drives continuous improvement in operational excellence and service delivery for claims management.
