Requirements

The ideal candidate has 10 years’ experience in claims, with minimum of 5 years in major case unit and minimum of 3 years leadership of major case unit.
Sets enterprise claims strategy for Liability Major Case, benchmarking against top TPAs/insurers
Drives measurable financial impact through loss-cost containment and lifecycle optimization
Leads transformational change: advanced workflows, automation, and process redesign at scale
Ensures regulatory compliance, risk controls, and audit-ready governance
Uses analytics to improve severity, cycle time, and vendor performance
Option 1: Bachelor’s degree or related area and 4 years’ experience in insurance claims or related area.
Option 2: 6 years’ experience in insurance claims or related area.

Defines and implements best-in-class Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for claims processes.

Drives continuous improvement in operational excellence and service delivery for claims management.
