About The Position
The role involves establishing strategic partnerships with clinical sites globally to support the AstraZeneca Cell Therapy portfolio across various therapeutic areas including Hematology, Oncology, Biopharma, Rare Disease, and new therapeutic areas. The primary focus is to ensure clinical trial success and align with long-term aspirations. The individual will be the primary relationship owner for select strategic partners, ensuring agreement, issue resolution, joint value realization, and developing tailored site engagement strategies. The role also includes cultivating trust-based relationships with key external stakeholders, representing AstraZeneca at industry meetings, and implementing solutions to expand access in community-based settings. Collaboration with various internal teams is essential to coordinate site strategies and address barriers to cell therapy delivery. The position also involves assessing and optimizing site performance and supporting global cell therapy launch aspirations.
