The Senior Director of Talent Management & Inclusion is a strategic leader responsible for designing and executing talent and inclusion strategies across the Comcast Business organization that align with future business goals and drive organizational performance. This role develops strategies that span the full talent lifecycle—including workforce planning, succession management, leadership development, career growth and talent mobility—ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains the talent to meet current and future business needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven consultative approach and a demonstrated ability to successfully lead large-scale initiatives. The position requires expertise in talent management, project management, and a deep understanding of labor strategy and organizational design principles.
