How we LEAD: The Senior Director, Campaign Management (REPUBLIC Collective) leads our Campaign Management team supporting our artists & stores across the REPUBLIC Collective roster. This team includes senior Campaign Managers who lead individual artist projects, as well as supporting team members focused on executing across specific channels (e.g., D2C & Tour, Licensing & Retail). This is a deeply embedded role within the label environment, and will work directly with artist management teams in close alignment with our Account Managers and key label stakeholders. With Account Management driving the overall strategy, planning, and artist relationship, you will lead the wider team through execution of best-in-class D2C and merchandise campaigns across eCommerce, tour, licensing, and retail. You are both client-facing and operationally-minded—turning label and artist priorities into clear plans, driving execution, and continually improving how we work. A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences to our artists and labels is a MUST, alongside a love for music and delivering amazing experiences to our artists’ fans. How you'll CREATE: Label-Facing Campaign Management Leadership Serve as the primary Campaign Management lead for REPUBLIC Collective labels, embedded with Label partners and our Account Management leads. Be the go-to counterpart for label executives and Account Management on all things campaign management & execution, owning timelines, milestone management & resourcing across product, creative, channel execution, marketing, reporting, and delivery. Ensure Famehouse systems are understood and adopted at the Labels and with clients, while remaining flexible to find creative solutions to meet the nuances of artist and label needs. Team & Pod Management Lead a pod of Senior Campaign Managers and channel-focused staff (coordinators/managers spanning D2C, tour, licensing, and retail). Oversee staffing and resource allocation within your pod, ensuring each artist and campaign has the right level of support and channel coverage. Work closely with Account Management leadership to ensure the right team fit for each individual artist account. Provide coaching, feedback, and career development; set clear expectations for quality, communication, and ownership. Act as the first point of escalation for your team, escalating further to the VP, Campaign Management when needed. Campaign & Project Ownership Oversee end-to-end campaign execution for your label roster—from planning and product development through content readiness, launch, and in-market optimization. Ensure Campaign Managers and coordinators are driving: Campaign & merch planning timelines, focusing on milestone management. Product and merch setup, approvals, and cross-channel coordination. Asset and content readiness for storefronts and marketing. Launch execution and ongoing performance, inventory, and lifecycle management - across eCommerce, Tour, Retail & Licensing. Hold your team accountable for on-time, on-brief delivery that aligns with label strategy, artist objectives, and commercial targets. Client-Facing & Cross-Functional Partnership Join label and internal client meetings as the senior voice on how to best execute campaign goals & plans, translating strategy into clear plans and realistic expectations. Partner tightly with Account Management leads at REPUBLIC Collective to align on priorities, manage trade-offs, and present a united front to artists and management teams. Collaborate with Creative, Store Management, Commercial & Merchandising, Digital/Marketing, Finance, Business Affairs, Channel Operations, and other stakeholders to keep work moving and decisions grounded in execution realities. Navigate label and music demands with nuance—protecting both the artist’s vision and the operational feasibility of the plan. Process, Quality & Continuous Improvement Implement the frameworks, workflows, and playbooks defined by the VP, Campaign Management; adapt them thoughtfully to your label’s roster and ways of working. Identify bottlenecks, recurring issues, and gaps within your pod and label environment; propose and drive improvements to increase speed, quality, and predictability. Promote consistent standards for documentation, status updates, and risk/issue tracking across your team. Consolidate feedback from label partners, Account Management, and your team into actionable recommendations that feed back into the broader Campaign Management function. Performance & Insights Maintain a clear view of campaign health across your roster, including performance vs. plan, key risks, and operational themes. Support Account Management leadership across label reporting & recommendations Partner with Data/BA and Commercial teams to review results and insights, and ensure learnings are shared with Account Management and label stakeholders. Use metrics to guide resource decisions, process improvements, and discussions with label partners about scope and trade-offs.

Requirements

  • Typically 8+ years of experience in campaign, production, operations, or program management in music, entertainment, merch, or consumer eCommerce.
  • Strong understanding of the label, artist, and merchandise ecosystem, ideally with prior label-side, artist commerce, or D2C experience.
  • Proven experience managing music product and/or merch across multiple channels (eCommerce, tour, licensing, retail).
  • Demonstrated success leading teams or pods in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, including responsibility for coaching and performance management.
  • Comfort being embedded in a label environment—skilled at building trust, influencing without authority, and balancing label needs with operational realities.
  • Strong project management skills: able to oversee complex campaign portfolios, manage competing priorities, and guide teams through change.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; calm and solutions-oriented in moments of pressure or escalation.
  • Experience with project management tools and dashboards; confident using data to inform decisions and conversations.
  • A leadership style grounded in respect for every function, clear expectations, and empowering your team to own their work.
