Senior Director C&I Operations
About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Director of C&I Operations to lead the successful delivery of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) projects within our Energy business. This role will oversee the execution of Distributed Energy Resources (DER) and energy efficiency solutions for our C&I and Utility customers—ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The Senior Director will be responsible for building operational excellence, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and scaling delivery capabilities as demand for DER and efficiency solutions continues to grow.
