About the position

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director, Business Transformation, to help us realize this mission via people-centered, cross-functional transformation. In this role, you will identify, plan and execute key business improvement programs to build a winning culture, enhance customer experience, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in change management, business process reengineering, and strategic program leadership combined with a passion for people-centered and AI-powered transformation within a SaaS or technology-enabled services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a thought leader on our Strategy, Transformation & People team helping us define and drive a people-centered transformation roadmap focused on creating value for our customers, teams and shareholders aligned to our vision and strategy.
  • Partner with Product, Technology, and Customer teams identifying and addressing opportunities to modernize products, processes, and services to improve customer experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Help create teams who are delivering with unmatched innovation, quality and passion by identifying and delivering key programs to nurture our culture, improve employee experience and enhance employee engagement.
  • Work cross-functionally across our organization to drive operational efficiency and improve scalability via implementation of Gen AI and/or process improvements.
  • Support AI fluency at PlanSource via learning and adoption programs focusing on our employee base and by embedding AI throughout our transformation roadmap.
  • Drive execution of large-scale initiatives across departments ensuring timely delivery, measurable outcomes, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Champion a culture of change and continuous improvement, providing leadership and guidance to teams navigating organizational shifts.
  • Define and drive innovative communications strategies working together with Marketing, People and other teams to keep employees, leadership, customer, and/or partners engaged in and adopting change and transformation.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to track progress of transformation efforts and report results to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in business transformation, consulting, or operational leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise transformation programs in a SaaS, healthtech, or B2B services company. Experience in benefits administration and/or HR technology strongly preferred.
  • Strong grasp of change management frameworks and tools.
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for Gen AI and how it can be leveraged to drive transformation for employees, partners, and customers.
