The Senior Director, Business Talent Partner - Manufacturing, serves as the embedded strategic HR leader for Franklin Electric's Manufacturing and Operations executive leadership team. This role aligns people, structure, and culture with business performance - driving productivity, safety, and continuous improvement. A key operator in the HR Operating System (HROS), this leader activates Franklin's Five Levers on a global scale, linking workforce, succession, and culture to measurable outcomes. Requirements

  • Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 15+ years progressive HR experience with manufacturing or operations focus on a global scale.
  • Proven success in organization design, capability building, and change leadership.
  • Strong business acumen and influence in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior operations leaders to translate business strategy into workforce and capability plans.
  • Lead organization design and restructuring to support agility and efficiency.
  • Drive leadership development and succession for manufacturing teams.
  • Collaborate with COEs on recruiting, rewards, and learning programs tailored to operations.
  • Use workforce analytics to identify trends in turnover, skills, and engagement.
  • Champion safety, employee relations, and accountability across sites.
  • Serve as trusted advisor to GMs and Plant Managers on performance and culture.
  • Reinforce the One Franklin values through leadership behaviors and decisions.
