IDC is seeking a Senior Director of Business Systems. The Senior Director of Business Systems will serve as a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the evaluation, design, implementation, and optimization of systems that enable organizational transformation and process improvements. This role will report into Business Operations and lead cross-functional initiatives to support the business to operate with greater efficiency and effectiveness by driving the adoption of technology solutions — including workflow and project management systems, as well as emerging AI-powered tools that enhance productivity. You’ll be partnering closely with our technology team to shape solution architectures, evaluate vendors, and drive implementation of scalable, forward-looking systems. You must understand the business processes and operations deeply, think holistically about how we need to operate internally to ensure delivery to our customers, while speaking the language of technology to ensure strong, collaborative execution.
