The Sr. Director, Business Marketing is responsible for building and executing Yelp’s Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Agency Partner growth marketing program. This includes hiring, developing, and coaching a high-performing team of marketers capable of working across multiple verticals, audience sizes, and supporting pipeline generation for media and advertising products. This person is an expert in building demand generation, growth marketing, and/or ABM programs that generate direct pipeline for sales teams using modern marketing tactics and technology. They’re customer-first, as comfortable with sales and product leadership as marketing, and have multiple examples where they’ve built teams, channels, budget, and measurement strategies that have directly produced new logo growth for Mid-Market and Enterprise audiences. They will own an annual budget and be responsible for assigning resources towards channels, field marketing, verticals, and partnerships based on measurable performance and company goals. They will be responsible for creating and reporting against marketing’s pipeline generation and revenue performance. They should have the ability to impact cross-functional initiatives and work with Sales, Product, RevOps, BizOps, and executive leadership. This role will report to the VP, Business Marketing.
