Role Description: Account Executive (AE) We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive (Manager) to join our team, focusing entirely on new business acquisition in the ServiceNow market . This is a hunter role ideal for a competitive professional who thrives on prospecting, building relationships from scratch, and closing complex deals. Long-term account growth within newly acquired clients on the ServiceNow platform will also be a key success area.

Requirements

  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and create proposals
  • 2+ years of ServiceNow sales experience -- Including Licensing and Services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Expected Travel in the US up to 50%

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the IT consulting industry is a plus
  • Experience in working with Partner channels for ServiceNow is a plus

Responsibilities

  • New Business Prospecting: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new revenue opportunities within the target market or territory.
  • Pipeline Generation: Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound activities (cold calls, emails, social selling, networking, etc.).
  • Consultative Selling: Lead discovery sessions with senior executives, identify business challenges, and articulate the value and ROI of Jade Global & ServiceNow solutions.
  • Collaborative Approach: Partner with ServiceNow and internal sales teams for joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Deal Ownership: Manage the complete sales cycle — proposals, ROMs, SOWs, and change requests — through to closure.
  • Forecasting: Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly booking forecasts.
  • Marketing Support: Contribute to campaigns, webinars, and events to drive awareness and demand.
  • CRM Management: Maintain detailed, up-to-date records of all sales activities in Salesforce.
