ASRC Federal is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive, principally supporting the Mission Software Solutions business within the Defense & Intel Business. Defense and Intel represent the largest business within ASRC Federal. The capabilities of the Mission Software Solutions (MSS) operating group include naval weapon system software development, upgrade and integration. Candidates must have proven and extensive experience developing and managing a multi-year pipeline of related opportunities in various stages of the acquisition timeline. This position will report to the Vice President of Business Development within Defense & Intelligence Operating Group and lead the business development efforts for across a large Portfolio of weapon systems platforms and software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working for winning new business and also of working all phases of captures life cycle. Have a proven record of successful shaping of technical and service-based opportunities along with implementing and executing unique approaches to identifying new opportunities that lead directly to business growth in profession services operating group, and other capabilities in the defense & intelligence market. The position can be remote but prefer candidates with proximity to D.C. area. Frequent travel will be required to client sites, the Reston, VA HQ Office and other ASRC Federal locations to conduct key in-person business development activities.
