About The Position

The Good Eating Company, an independent part of Sodexo, is looking for a strategic sales leader to join our team of culinarians, makers, and innovators unafraid to challenge the status quo of onsite dining solutions. Our team of subject matter experts brings elevated, restaurant inspired dining to clients looking for more for their employees. In this position, you will be in charge of driving transformative growth and working cross-functionally, creating elevated client experiences in the vibrant Bay Area market. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional familiar with corporate services food sales. A relationship builder, you will be responsible for expanding our footprint - particularly within Fortune 500 companies. You will develop tailored, innovative solutions that align with client objectives and The Good Eating Company's commitment to culinary excellence and sustainability. Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, particularly within the corporate food service sector; capable of navigating complex deal cycles and multiple stakeholder environments.
  • Deep understanding of the Bay Area business landscape, with an established network and familiarity with key industry verticals.
  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable, scalable business strategies that deliver mutual value.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to clearly articulate differentiated value propositions to executive audiences.
  • Experience in or close collaboration with food service operations is highly desirable.
  • A proactive, agile approach to driving results and scaling success across sales and operational functions.
  • Willingness to travel within the region for client engagement and business development activities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable growth by developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy aligned with The Good Eating Company's values and positioning, and Sodexo's global business development goals.
  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships with C-suite and senior decision-makers across key industries in the Bay Area.
  • Lead pipeline development, from prospecting to proposal, ensuring strategic alignment and a client-centric approach in every interaction.
  • Leverage regional client and consumer data in partnership with sales strategy, marketing, culinary, and finance teams to craft compelling, insight-led value propositions.
  • Partner with segment operations, culinary leaders, commercial finance, and subject matter experts to design innovative, client-focused solutions.
