As a Senior Director Business Data Governance & Platforms within Data Analytics and Reporting function, you will become a critical change agent to drive our data foundations and enable our data transformation journey. You will be responsible for leading the Finance data governance processes, ensuring the correct roles, policies, quality standards and technology. The role will partner closely with the process transformation leads, business partners, DTS teams, and end users to improve the quality and value of core Finance metrics and data assets, evolving our data platforms and infrastructure, while enabling AI capabilities and automation. The role sits within the Data, Analytics and Reporting (DAR) COE and will have direct reports responsible for governing, standardizing, and continuously improving Finance data products in close partnership with IT and business stakeholders. We are looking for people that have a passion for transformation with data in the center and leaving a legacy for our Company.

Requirements

• University Degree (Master or MBA ideally) or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in data governance, data analytics or similar roles.
• Proven track record of driving data-centric initiatives and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Solid business understanding of The Coca-Cola System and our partners.
• Communication skills and ability to bridge technical language with business needs.
• Demonstrated executive engagement and presentation skills.
