The Senior Director, General Management provides leadership to and is accountable for the performance of directors, managers, and/or senior level professional staff in addition to influencing leaders at all levels through client-facing work. The Director of General Management will act as a strategic business leader supporting business leadership in developing leadership strategy, documenting priorities, and leading and facilitating onsite' s and other executive level presentations. This individual may also be responsible for complex program management and/or portfolio management. Within our BCSD team, the candidate is sought out as expert, serves as a leader/mentor in program and portfolio management, strategy development, and executive-level partnership and communication.
