This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Director, Brand Partnerships in Washington. This role is responsible for managing and growing high-value brand and agency relationships, driving revenue growth across key verticals including Tech & Apps, Dining & QSR, and Food & Beverage. The Senior Director will oversee the full sales cycle, ensure seamless account transitions, and maintain strong client engagement during a maternity coverage period. This is a strategic role with the opportunity to influence long-term business development, collaborate across internal teams, and build pipeline for future growth. The position requires strong leadership, market insight, and a proven track record in digital advertising or influencer marketing sales. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, shaping brand partnerships across North America.

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned verticals, including Tech & Apps, Dining & QSR, and Food & Beverage.
  • Manage relationships with top-tier brands, agencies, and platforms to drive revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans aligned with market trends and client KPIs.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing pipelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Services, Creative, and Strategy teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Ensure smooth transition and account continuity for the duration of the maternity coverage period.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance updates to leadership.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising or influencer marketing sales, with proven success in brand partnerships.
  • Strong record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets and managing high-value client relationships.
  • Experience selling directly to top-tier brands and agencies within Tech & Apps, Dining & QSR, or Food & Beverage.
  • Excellent strategic, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders.
  • Deep market knowledge, competitive insight, and ability to develop actionable sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and able to operate with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial literacy including sales forecasting, targets, and commercial strategy.
  • Adaptable and growth-oriented, ready to contribute immediately during a temporary coverage period.
