About The Position
As the Senior Director, Biostatistics, you'll play a critical role in shaping the development of Maze's therapeutics by providing expert statistical leadership. You will work closely with teams across Clinical Science, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Pharmacology, Development Science, and Translational Science to ensure the integrity and impact of our clinical programs. In this role, you'll oversee biostatistical strategy and execution, from study design to regulatory submissions, and be a key contributor to clinical development plans. You'll also represent Biostatistics in clinical study teams and interactions with global Health Authorities. We're looking for someone who can balance hands-on statistical expertise with high-level strategic collaboration.
