Role Summary: The Senior Food & Beverage Director of Beverages will be an essential part of the Food & Beverage team, leading the growth and enhancement of our core beverage and alcohol business. They will be responsible for continuing to develop and enhance strategies surrounding the growth of our beverage business. This role will engage with several departments including (but not limited to) Operations, Marketing, Sourcing and Legal. The Senior Director will work with Food and Beverage leadership as well as external partners such as, but not limited to, The Coca-Cola Company, Keurig - Dr. Pepper, and ICEE to develop and execute long-term and short-term growth strategies. The Senior Director, Beverages will report directly to the Vice President, Food & Beverage.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
10+ years of direct and hands-on experience in food and beverage category management
Proven success in developing a team
Strategic planning and creative thinking in driving continued category growth
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, for external and internal purposes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment
Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration

Nice To Haves

Beverage category management experience or knowledge is a plus
Food and Beverage Operations experience is a plus
Experience with internal online-ordering systems or third-party mobile order platforms like Uber Eats, Door Dash, etc. is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and lead beverage category teams
Build, implement and measure beverage strategies
Manage day-to-day relationships with vendor partners
Collaborate on the operational support of Cinemark equipment and products
Work closely with theatres to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Work with vendor partners to align on initiatives and in-theatre promotions that support category growth and meet category goals
Deep dive into analytics to provide feedback to F&B Leadership and develop actionable growth strategies
