About the position

As the Senior Director, B2B Channel Marketing at Moen, you will be a key leader in shaping and guiding wholesale marketing strategies across our distribution network. This role is essential in supporting growth, expanding Moen's presence within key trade sectors, and delivering meaningful market results. You'll oversee a high-performing team, foster trusted partnerships, and implement insight-driven strategies to enhance brand relevance and channel performance. You will collaborate across functions—including Marketing, Sales, Product Management, eCommerce, Finance, and Operations—to ensure a cohesive and integrated go-to-market experience. Your ability to align internal capabilities with the needs of our wholesale partners will be vital to driving shared success across our wholesale landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and guide innovative wholesale channel marketing strategies aligned to business and brand goals, identifying opportunities for growth across distributor and trade networks.
  • Oversee planning and implementation of campaigns and programs tailored to wholesale and trade audiences, ensuring brand consistency and measurable results.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to integrate wholesale channel marketing into broader company initiatives.
  • Use data, insights, and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Adobe, Google Analytics) to assess performance, recognize trends, and enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Design and launch demand-generation programs, including promotions and campaigns, to support distributor and trade engagement.
  • Provide wholesale partners with enablement tools, training resources, and coordinated go-to-market support to help drive success.
  • Conduct competitive market research to assess trends, uncover insights, and inform strategic direction.
  • Manage and optimize the wholesale channel marketing budget with an emphasis on long-term value.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and consistent execution of strategies across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing or sales within the building products or consumer durables industry.
  • 5+ years of experience managing customer accounts, channel marketing, or wholesale distribution partnerships, including budget oversight and P&L exposure.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and managing through influence in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong understanding of wholesale distribution networks, trade marketing, and contractor sales ecosystems.
  • Skilled in performance tracking using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust, share clear strategies, and engage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for field engagement, customer meetings, industry events, or market oversight.
