The purpose of this is role is to develop and deliver the reporting and analytics platform. Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Director, Analytics leader to shape the vision for media measurement and reporting across linear and digital channels—modernizing how success is defined, measured, and communicated—and to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready stories that drive action. The Senior Director, Analytics (Cross Brand) drives cross-brand alignment and delivery—data integration, measurement, streamlined reporting, and insight development—to increase the value brands realize from their media investment. This role is not tied to a single account; you will support all brands by executing cross brand initiatives, setting measurement foundations and best practices, standardizing reports and KPIs, advancing AI/automation and processes, and coordinating cross-brand onboarding, data integration, intake/request management, and partner/tool evaluation. You will lead measurement principles and best practices—providing oversight, hands-on support when needed, and consultative recommendations across people-based marketing, cross-channel measurement, MTA/MMM, addressable media, dynamic creative, closed-loop measurement, clean rooms, and advanced/predictive modeling techniques.
