The Senior Director, Analytics at Optum Services, Inc. is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities in fields such as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. This role involves building, maintaining, and producing leadership-facing reports as required for the market, ensuring proper capture of quality data submissions, and identifying opportunities for improvement in workflow. The Senior Director will work with provider and membership data leadership to ensure data integrity of physician data in all reporting systems, oversee and drive solutions with guidance from executive leadership, and manage expectations of key stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
