About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to lead and influence cybersecurity strategy at a senior level, focusing on endpoint and infrastructure security. The Senior Director will provide thought leadership, research, and actionable insights to global clients, helping organizations navigate complex cybersecurity challenges. You will analyze emerging threats, evaluate technologies, and advise on best practices across endpoint protection, mobile security, and email defense. The role involves working closely with clients, peers, and stakeholders to shape strategies, provide executive-level guidance, and deliver high-value presentations. You will also mentor and coach junior analysts, contribute to research processes, and influence the evolution of security practices. Travel may be required for client engagements, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, endpoint management, and infrastructure security.
  • Expertise in endpoint protection, detection and response, mobile device management, email security, and phishing/malware detection.
  • Experience with cybersecurity tools such as CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, Bitdefender, and Trend Micro.
  • Familiarity with hybrid and complex IT environments, including legacy systems.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to establish credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent research, writing, analytical, and presentation skills; able to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating in a multicultural, global team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed for client engagements and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-impact research and insights in endpoint and infrastructure security that inform client strategies and decision-making.
  • Provide actionable guidance to clients on endpoint deployment, management, protection, and email/mobile security solutions.
  • Engage directly with executives and clients through virtual or in-person meetings, briefings, and presentations.
  • Support sales and research teams by offering subject-matter expertise, market insights, and peer-reviewed content.
  • Lead innovation and process improvements within the research team to enhance service delivery and insights quality.
  • Mentor and coach junior analysts, fostering growth and strengthening the overall team capability.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of global cybersecurity trends, vendor landscapes, and emerging technologies.
