About The Position

The Senior Director, Allure is responsible and accountable for the overall commercial performance of the Allure business, including sales strategy, execution, and profitability. This role involves leading the strategic development and growth of the Allure brand, overseeing relationships with major retail customers, and ensuring alignment with broader North America Eyewear objectives. The Senior Director will develop and execute the Allure strategic and operating plan in partnership with the North America Eyewear leader, with a strong focus on retail customer performance and growth. They will maintain full responsibility for the Allure P&L, including revenue, margin, and EBITDA performance, and are responsible for identifying and implementing additions and reductions to the product portfolio in line with strategic initiatives. The position requires leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of regional sales leaders, account managers, key account managers, inside sales leaders, and sales representatives. It also entails providing overall general management leadership for the Allure business, with accountability for strategy execution, financial performance, operational results, and cross-functional alignment, while building and sustaining a high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Minimum of 3 additional years of experience related to the functional area
  • Minimum of 6 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work, and managing the performance of direct reports
  • Demonstrated excellence in building effective sales teams
  • Experience developing and managing budgeted and actual P&L
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a global organization, contributing to cross-functional plans and building stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of job duties
  • Travel, domestic and international required at 20% of work time

Responsibilities

  • Responsible and accountable for the overall commercial performance of the Allure business, including sales strategy, execution, and profitability
  • Leads the strategic development and growth of the Allure brand while overseeing relationships with major retail customers and ensuring alignment with broader North America Eyewear objectives
  • Develop and execute the Allure strategic and operating plan in partnership with the North America Eyewear leader, with a strong focus on retail customer performance and growth
  • Maintain full responsibility for the Allure P&L, including revenue, margin, and EBITDA performance
  • Responsible for identifying and implementing additions and reductions to the product portfolio in line with strategic initiatives to foster growth and success
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of regional sales leaders, account managers, key account managers, inside sales leaders, and sales representatives supporting retail and wholesale channels
  • Provide overall general management leadership for the Allure business, with accountability for strategy execution, financial performance, operational results, and cross‑functional alignment
  • Deliver revenue targets, EBITDA goals, and market share growth across key retail and strategic accounts
  • Serve as the owner for major retail customer relationships, ensuring alignment on assortment, pricing, service levels, and execution standards
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM and analytics tools to monitor performance, forecast trends, manage pipeline health, and identify growth opportunities
  • Build and sustain a high-performance culture focused on accountability, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee the inside sales function, including staffing, pipeline management, outbound and inbound sales activity, call cadence, conversion metrics, and support of retail account strategies
  • Establish and monitor sales KPIs — including call volume, quote activity, close rates, average order value, and retail customer performance metrics — ensuring alignment with overall sales and profitability targets
  • Stay ahead of industry, retail, and competitive trends to inform Allure’s commercial and brand strategy
  • Develop and execute sales and business strategies tailored to retail customer requirements, timelines, and operating models
  • Monitor and review sales performance, including goal attainment, margins, customer satisfaction, territory coverage, and retail execution effectiveness
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement sales training, tools, and processes in partnership with Sales Enablement to support sales and account management
  • Develop and manage the Sales Department's annual budget and oversee Actual vs. Budgeted performance, providing accurate forecasts and insights for monthly and quarterly planning
  • Analyze sales results and adjust strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets while managing customer concentration risk
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Sales Enablement, Supply Chain, Finance, Distribution, and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution for retail customers
  • Oversee the development, production, and deployment of marketing and sales materials aligned to retailer needs and brand standards
  • Assist in the development of tools and processes that improve efficiency, scalability, and risk management across the business
