About The Position
The Senior Director of AI & Enterprise Architecture is a visionary leader responsible for driving AI-powered transformation across NMDP. This role focuses on leveraging AI to accelerate business growth, enhance operational efficiency, drive innovation, advance research, and manage enterprise risk. The Senior Director leads AI strategy, architecture, and engineering, ensuring AI is embedded as a core capability across all enterprise functions. This position also spearheads the Enterprise Transformative Architecture function, identifying, evaluating, and integrating emerging technologies to align with NMDP's strategic priorities. By building and leading a cutting-edge AI ecosystem, this leader ensures that AI and modern architecture solutions drive measurable business impact and competitive differentiation. Additionally, the Senior Director is responsible for establishing and scaling an AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE) that fosters cross-functional collaboration, governance, and AI literacy across the organization. The AI CoE will play a pivotal role in guiding AI adoption, optimizing enterprise workflows, enabling intelligent decision-making, and ensuring responsible AI practices. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and cross-organizational leadership to position NMDP at the forefront of AI-driven innovation.
