What you'll do: Responsible for drafting TTD policies, and understanding the industry backdrop against which they're being applied (by client vertical, and product capability) Lead cross functional initiatives (coordinating alignment, communication, and memorialization of decisions) across legal, product, commercial, and operations and others. Must be comfortable communicating considerations (market factors internal dynamics, ect.), and decisions (as well as tailoring communication to your audience) ranging from C-level executives to broad organizational trainings. Lead creation of external positioning regarding policy in conjunction with legal and product marketing Help craft trainings to explain the backdrop against which decisions are made, and tailor the information to explain the policy as well as the business implication to a spectrum of colleagues (ranging from vertical experts to those without any knowledge). Drive working groups toward consensus and action, especially when diverse and differing opinions are involved. Memorialize and operationalize these decisions once alignment has been reached. Gain a deep understanding of global consumer data privacy laws and how they relate to adtech and TTD's business Who you are: We are looking for a commercially savvy, strategically orientated person who understands the global landscape, and how our product is built to comply with local laws and expectations. You are strong at building relationships, and comfortable explaining complex topics in an easy to understand manner. You present, and serve as a subject matter expert, in front of internal cross functional teams and leaders across all levels, including senior executives and C-suite members. You are comfortable leading projects across multiple stakeholders, juggling multiple workstreams in parallel - and operating with incomplete information while synthesizing and gaining alignment around a clear strategy that others can understand and execute.

Requirements

  • Strong writer who has synthesized detailed information into concise principled statements
  • Strategic thinker - able to take input from multiple stakeholders and drive toward alignment that is the right fit for the company
  • A proven track record in cross-functional team management, driving to results without direct management of those teams
  • Has led product or high-level projects / program management roles in complex environments/ tech companies.
  • Experience within advertising technology
  • BS/BA degree
