About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Direct Marketing Designer who specializes in creating high-performing design assets for ticketed events, campaigns, and consumer promotions. This role will support the Events Marketing team and collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Sales to bring campaigns to life through design that drives results.

Requirements

  • 3-5 Years Experience as a designer within the direct marketing space
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Strong typography, print, and editorial design skills
  • Proven digital design experience, including social-first content and short-form video (Reels, TikTok)
  • Experience designing for direct marketing campaigns
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with shifting priorities
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable collaborating with executives, sponsors, vendors, and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Design visually compelling, conversion-optimized assets for email, paid social, digital ads, postcards, landing pages and other direct marketing channels
  • Partner with marketing leads to develop creative variations for A/B testing and iterating based on performance data
  • Create scalable design systems and templates for multi-channel campaigns (e.g., Early Bird sales, loyalty offers, final call, etc.)
  • Ensure that all assets are aligned to brand guidelines while optimized for direct response
  • Contribute to campaign strategy by offering insights into layout hierarchy, CTA prominence, and attention-capturing formats
  • Design conversion-focused creative across email, paid social, digital ads, landing pages, and print
  • Develop and iterate creative variations for A/B and multivariate testing
  • Apply best practices in hierarchy, CTA prominence, urgency framing, and offer clarity to drive measurable response
  • Translate campaign strategy into scalable visual executions for promotions (e.g., Early Bird, loyalty, last-chance)
  • Monitor performance insights and proactively evolve creative to improve KPIs
  • Build and maintain modular templates and scalable design systems for high-volume campaign production
  • Ensure all creative aligns with brand standards while remaining optimized for direct response channels
  • Improve speed-to-market through repeatable frameworks and production efficiencies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Events Marketing, Brands, and Sales to ensure clarity and consistency
