What will you be doing?

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in global cross functional technical environments
  • Understanding of manufacturing KPIs and performance metrics
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with partners
  • Strong communication skills including written verbal and presentation capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Leading strategic digital manufacturing initiatives that advance Manufacturing 4.0 across global sites
  • Translating user needs and business requirements into system architectures and technical specifications
  • Collaborating with Operations, Manufacturing IT, Operational Excellence, and Data Analytics to deliver scalable digital solutions
  • Identifying and implementing technologies for automated data collection, IIoT connectivity, and advanced data visualization
  • Providing advanced technical support and lifecycle ownership of global OT applications
  • Supporting manufacturing sites with local digital manufacturing initiatives
  • Providing Design for Automation input to New Product Development teams
  • Driving continuous improvement to enhance safety, quality, cost, and manufacturing performance
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality system requirements
