The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in advertising, consultative business, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in a business related field.
  • 4 years of experience managing digital marketing/advertising campaigns, and managing relationships with clients, customers, or agencies.
  • 3 years of project management experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a leadership role without direct reports or 1 year of experience in a people management or team leader role.
  • 2 years of experience working in a structured organization.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading meetings to uncover marketing goals and key performance indicators, translating them into campaign strategies.
  • Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate exceptional value to customers, maintaining account hygiene.
  • Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, manage objections, and ultimately achieve business growth goals.
  • Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
  • Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified promote opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.
