The Senior Digital Project Manager oversees the planning, organization and implementation of multiple and complex digital projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Technology preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Project management skills, team leadership skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing principles.
• Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational, tactical, and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of project administration best practices.
• Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data.
• Knowledge of how to run applications for organizations.
• Knowledge of project control and reporting.
• Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) standards and policies.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, metal cutting tooling, and assembly processes.
• Understanding of digital data from manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Automation and systems like AGVs and Vision Systems.
• Experience with IoT and Cloud Architecture.
• Understanding of Industry 4.0.

Nice To Haves

• Industry 4.0 Implementation experience.
• CNC process experience.
• Understanding of Logical Technical Architectures / Network Diagrams / Entity Relationship in the Azure Domain.
• PLC, Robot, and AGV experience.
• Software Development Experience with Docker.
• Extensive Python experience or OOP languages.
• Experience with Model View Controller / Model View Template framework.
• Demonstrated experience as a Full Stack Developer in a manufacturing environment.
• High level of JavaScript experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day activities of projects, including overseeing project responsibilities and schedules.
• Developing contingency plans for potential risks.
• Directing and motivating project team.
• Evaluating and managing deliverables to ensure that service expectations are achievable, developed, and met.
• Monitoring project results for significant deviations.
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and processes.
