About The Position

This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Senior Digital Product Manager in Peachtree City GA or Bridgewater NJ, with Signify. In this role, you will own key product experiences across our digital ecosystem, combining strategic product management with hands-on product ownership. You will define and manage the product vision and roadmap, lead discovery and prioritization efforts, and guide day-to-day delivery with an Agile scrum team from concept through release and rollout. Acting as a bridge between business objectives and technical execution, you will collaborate across product journeys to ensure alignment, manage dependencies, and escalate cross‑journey trade-offs as needed. Your work will ensure digital experiences deliver meaningful outcomes, drive measurable value, and support a cohesive, customer-centered ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field discipline
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital product management or service creation/production management
  • Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Responsibilities

  • Turn vision into work: Ensure roadmap items are broken into clear features and user stories with actionable acceptance criteria; collaborate with the Subject Matter Experts (SME) to refine details.
  • Keep the backlog healthy: Own and prioritize the team backlog to support roadmap goals, sequencing, and predictable delivery; maintain ready work for upcoming sprints/iterations.
  • Partner with delivery: Work closely with the scrum team to clarify scope, make timely trade-offs, and support successful sprint/release outcomes.
  • Be the connector: Use strong business + technical judgment to align stakeholders and keep decisions moving.
  • Support execution details: Contribute scope clarity, rollout sequencing, and deadline management so delivery stays predictable and valuable.
