About The Position

As a Sr. Digital Product Manager, supporting digital health innovations across our Surgical and Vision Care franchises, you will be trusted to work on delivering scalable, secure, and reusable platform services—including common APIs, identity and access management (IAM), and commerce capabilities. You will serve as a key product owner, translating complex business and technical needs into actionable platform features that improve speed to market and ensure compliance. This role will be on-site in Fort Worth, Texas and a typical day will include: Define and own the product roadmap for specific enterprise services within the digital health platform. Write clear, actionable product requirements and manage the delivery pipeline in close partnership with engineering teams. Ensure alignment with the broader platform strategy defined by the Director of Foundational Services. Engage with internal product teams to understand consumption patterns and pain points for platform services. Collaborate with security, privacy, R D, and ITCI teams to ensure enterprise-grade service delivery. Act as a conduit between technical implementation and user-facing teams.
