About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to support TellerView as part of Branch Systems & Transformation within Consumer Small Business Banking. In this role, you will lead or participate in a variety of complex functions within the digital environment, contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy, and review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. You will independently resolve complex issues and lead a team to meet project deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements. Collaboration and consultation with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers will be essential to resolve issues and achieve goals. You may potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years experience with the TellerView application.
  • Retail branch banking experience and understanding of teller and banker workflows.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong project management and research skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and facilitate issue resolution.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint).
  • Advanced JIRA and Confluence skills.
  • Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership.
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.
