About the position

The Digital Organization at Spanx has seen significant growth as the company continues to expand into new product categories and regions. Over the last few years, the team has grown from a single squad to a total of three pods—dedicated sprint teams who own portions of our customer experience—with plans to further expand. We are looking for a Senior Digital Product Designer who can own large swaths of our customer experience and support the pods/functional teams they’re working with. You will work closely with the Digital Product Design team, Product Managers, and Engineers, as well as collaborate cross-functionally with members of our Brand, Creative, and E-Commerce teams. The ideal candidate is resourceful, autonomous, has e-commerce experience, and the ability to design solutions driven by customer insights, data, and research. You can work through tricky UX flows from the perspective of our customer that also fit into the greater site experience, produce high quality, organized production-ready UI designs, and contribute to and help maintain our Figma component library. As a member of the Digital Team, you will play an integral role in further achieving, maintaining, and surpassing the hyper-growth journey that is Spanx. This role is based in our NYC office, requires weekly in-office work Tuesday-Thursday, and reports to our Lead Digital Product Designer. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,000.00 to $115,000.00. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
