About The Position

In this Digital Product Analyst Senior role, you will support the end-to-end lifecycle of key digital platforms by defining requirements, creating user stories, analyzing product data, and ensuring successful execution. This individual will collaborate closely with stakeholders on a complex range of requirements or challenges to enhance platform functionality and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Required.
  • 5-6 years business experience required, with at least 2 years working in an Agile environment Required.
  • Experience with SAFe Agile Framework or SAFe certification is highly preferred.
  • Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, measure performance, and support business cases.
  • Develop advanced dashboards and reports to communicate key insights and platform metrics.
  • Aggregate, clean, and organize data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and usability.
  • Groom and maintain the product backlog, ensuring stories are prioritized and ready for development.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to support smooth execution.
  • Triage and track reported issues or bugs, ensuring proper documentation and prioritization.
  • Prepare advanced level summaries, presentations, and reports to communicate product progress and performance to stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in competitive and market research to highlight market trends, identify gaps or opportunities, and inform product decisions.
  • Develop user guides or training materials to support feature rollouts and adoption.
  • Provide advanced end-user support for training and troubleshooting post-deployment.
