About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Digital Producer who can lead website builds end-to-end, translate client goals into scalable digital solutions, and has experience working with HubSpot to drive measurable marketing performance. You are the operational nerve center of the team—connecting strategy, content, experience design, creative direction, development, and QA. You bring structure, calm, experience, and clarity to complex digital projects while protecting creative ambition and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ proven experience producing and delivering website builds, redesigns, or digital platforms
  • Experience with agile and waterfall workflows
  • Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort with phased delivery processes (strategy → UX → design → dev)
  • Familiarity with responsive and atomic design workflows
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.); basic HTML/CSS understanding and QA workflows
  • Hands on experience with Marketing Hub (emails, landing pages, workflows) and CRM (contacts, pipelines, etc)
  • Ability to build pages, emails, forms and set up automation workflows and manage campaigns, inclusive of dashboards and analytics
  • Understand inbound marketing and funnel strategy with the ability to connect website experiences to CRM
  • Proven and demonstrable experience with working in Hubspot

Responsibilities

  • Own full lifecycle of digital projects (requirements → UX/UI → design → dev → QA → launch)
  • Build realistic schedules, track milestones, maintain dependencies
  • Ideate different approaches to projects dependent on budget, timing, client needs
  • Manage multiple overlapping projects and staggered phases
  • Identify risks early and resolve issues proactively
  • Bring fluency and experience to multiple platforms, approaches and methodologies
  • Partner with Creative Director on approach and review cadence
  • Partner with Lead Strategist to manage content workflows and approvals
  • Collaborate with Lead Experience Designer (UX/UI) to sequence UX/UI deliverables
  • Coordinate Writer deadlines, revisions, and content freeze
  • Partner with design to ensure all requirements are met, designed and delivered
  • Manage dev partner workflows and ensure proper design handoff
  • Facilitate QA with internal and external teams
  • Lead weekly client status meetings with confidence and clarity
  • Manage feedback cycles and ensure client notes are actionable and aligned
  • Guide clients through digital process expectations, limitations, and decisions
  • Maintain steady, transparent communication at all phases
  • Build scopes, estimates, workbacks, and change orders
  • Track hours, budget burn, scope creep and project margins
  • Keep all project documentation organized and client-ready
  • Oversee pre-launch QA cycles: design fidelity, functionality, content
  • Work with dev partners on QA fixes
  • Ensure the final deliverable meets the creative vision and functional requirements
  • Oversee product roadmap for agency evolution of Hubspot
  • Drive internal coordination of creative, development and marketing teams to drive Hubspot campaigns
