Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Proven experience in building and optimizing marketing automation processes.
• 1-2 years of experience with Webflow, demonstrating the ability to develop websites and landing pages independently.
• Strong technical skills in website and CRM management including tracking, form logic, and APIs.
• Experience or strong interest in SEO, with preliminary exposure to GEO/AI search as a plus.
• Structured and self-driven work style with a passion for contributing to business growth.
• Fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance CRM systems including marketing automation processes.
• Develop strategies to convert cold leads into MQLs and SQLs through effective automation.
• Extend website functionalities using Webflow, creating landing pages and optimizing for conversions.
• Implement SEO and GEO measures to continually improve visibility and performance.
• Oversee SEA freelancers to ensure successful campaign management.
• Engage in backend tasks such as tracking KPIs, managing interfaces, and maintaining data flows.
