The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, leading, and executing the digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing efforts to support commercial objectives.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals
  • Provide digital guidance to marketing teams on critical marketing initiatives
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in digital marketing
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising and web)
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content and visuals
  • Spearhead maintenance and elevate organic performance of key CooperVision domains in the US
  • Trace website performance, analyze data and implement strategies to improve the user experience
  • Manage digital journey for all event executions including communications and delivery of pre and post event reporting
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies and provide optimization recommendations
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on campaign performance and strategic initiatives
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, customer marketing) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors (own relationship with digital vendors)
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies and best practices
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics
  • Strong knowledge of Cvent
  • Strong knowledge of html, JavaScript, and CSS media queries
  • Familiarity with Sprout Social and BrightEdge
  • Google Analytics Competency
  • Able to work collaboratively across the commercial organization to achieve goals
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of developing and executing impactful multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience with B2B and B2C audiences
  • Paid media experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Starting base pay between $119,000.00 and $157,000.00 per year
  • Potential for cost of living adjustments
