About The Position
Rocket Media is on the lookout for a Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager who can juggle strategy, relationships, and a little bit of sass—all while keeping our home service clients (think HVAC, plumbing, and security pros) feeling like marketing superheroes. This role isn’t about taking orders. It’s about leading the charge. You’ll be the go-to person for your clients, helping shape digital strategy, manage big ideas, and make sure everyone (internal team included) is working toward the same big, beautiful goals. You’ll ask the right questions, find the smart answers, and never send a boring recap email again.
