About The Position
Filson is looking for a Senior Digital Designer to lead development of creative assets across various marketing and brand initiatives. This person will work collaboratively and independently within the Creative Production team, driving design solutions across a variety of mediums including advertising, e-comm, in-store and more. They will ensure that the brand’s voice is consistently reflected while maintaining the highest quality output across all touch points. This position is ideal for someone who has a deep knowledge of best-in-class design principles, is intentional with design approach and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
