This role is a key part of Carnival Cruise Line’s in-house Creative Studio, shaping how the brand comes to life visually across digital platforms. The Senior Digital Designer creates design solutions for web, social, email, and emerging channels, ensuring consistency and innovation across every guest touchpoint. This role owns the analysis of digital performance trends, user behavior insights, and creative effectiveness metrics to inform design decisions and strategic recommendations. The Senior Digital Designer independently evaluates data to identify opportunities, optimize creative direction, and advise functional leaders on the impact of digital experiences across channels. While primarily shore-based, the work impacts both land and fleet experiences and thrives in a highly collaborative environment with marketing, brand, and technology teams. Success requires mastery of digital design principles, responsive layouts, and UX best practices, combined with fluency in AI-driven tools, no-code platforms, motion design, and corporate production workflows.
