The Senior Digital Content & Design Operations role at Converse focuses on leading executional and strategic projects within the Global Digital Content & Design team. This position is integral to enhancing digital experiences and storytelling that align with the brand's mission and values. The candidate will manage workflows, resource allocation, and project management while ensuring operational excellence and high-quality deliverables.

  • Lead global design and copy sprint workflow and execution
  • Resource allocation tracking & planning
  • Project management of seasonal visual design system & narrative framework creation
  • Assist with documentation & governance of our Standards & Guidelines/Onboarding tools
  • Document new processes and best practices as needed
  • Understand the vision and strategy of our team at a macro level and implement micro level projects to execute against that strategy
  • Always be looking for ways to find efficiencies and better ways of working
  • Ensure high quality work is delivered on time and on budget 100% of the time
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5-8 years relevant work experience
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with various cross-functional stakeholders, and reliably meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of project management tools like Asana, Slack, MS Office, Figma, Box
  • Experience with resource management and capacity tracking
  • 2-3 years of experience with paid media including paid social and online video/motion
  • Proven success in data-driven strategic thinking & process optimization
  • Outstanding team player and positive attitude
  • Must be a self-starter, thrives working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, organized, detail oriented, collaborative, and flexible
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • A genuine passion for digital marketing and the online space with a strong knowledge of digital commerce, performance marketing (email, paid social and other media), A/B testing, and UX
