About The Position

We have an exciting career opportunity for an experienced, Senior Digital Marketing Analyst. The candidate should have specific experience with measuring digital campaigns and journeys across paid, owned, and earned channels while collaborating effectively with other teams. To successfully execute on the expectations of this role, the candidate will require a deep understanding of digital analytics with the ability to extract actionable insights. Must possess the ability to speak the language of the business and translate marketing metrics and insights into business drivers that Sales cares about. The candidate will report to the Director of Digital Marketing.

Requirements

  • 10+ years managing digital marketing insights and analytics, utilizing marketing dashboards, excel pivot charts, and creating PowerPoint slides.
  • Deep understanding of data analytics for all paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Familiarity with how marketing campaigns are created from awareness to demand.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Perform digital performance analysis for digital marketing campaigns supporting awareness, consideration, thought leadership, and demand generation.
  • Analyse user navigation paths, source of traffic, and demographics to understand user experience and identify areas for improvement on the web.
  • Increase web traffic and conversions to leads/pipeline from the website, from key business segments, personas, and roles.
  • Implement tracking to capture user interactions and conversions across all digital channels.
  • Track performance from A/B testing to measure the impact on user behaviour and conversion rates.
  • Communicate recommendations on digital marketing performance and ensure they are understood by all stakeholders and team members.
  • Oversee the development and integration of advanced data analytics in digital.
  • Update and maintain GA4 and digital campaign dashboards.
  • Build and manage the creation of web pages using Wordpress.
