About The Position

Faircom New York is a full-service international fundraising and communications agency helping nonprofit organizations—particularly in the human rights and global impact space—grow their reach and revenue through integrated, data-driven strategies. For over 20 years, we’ve partnered with mission-driven organizations to deliver high-performing fundraising programs across channels. We’re looking for a Senior Digital Account Director to lead strategy and execution across a portfolio of key nonprofit accounts, with a focus on human rights and mission-driven organizations. This is a senior, client-facing role responsible for owning integrated digital fundraising programs across email, SMS, paid media, and web. You’ll act as a strategic partner to clients, lead cross-channel planning, and drive measurable growth across acquisition, retention, and long-term donor value. This role is best suited for someone coming from a direct response agency environment who is comfortable balancing high-level strategy with hands-on oversight in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in direct response marketing, ideally within an agency setting
  • Experience leading integrated digital fundraising programs for nonprofit clients
  • Strong background working alongside direct mail programs
  • Deep understanding of donor lifecycle strategy and performance optimization
  • Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and lead strategic conversations
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Blackbaud, Fundraise Up, GoFundMe Pro, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Meta, DSPs, GA4, and Google Tag Manager is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own Strategy for Key Accounts
  • Lead digital fundraising strategy for a portfolio of high-value nonprofit clients
  • Develop and present annual and multi-channel plans aligned with direct mail and broader development goals
  • Drive donor lifecycle strategy, including acquisition, retention, and reactivation
  • Lead Client Relationships
  • Serve as the senior day-to-day lead and primary point of contact
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding long-term program growth
  • Lead client meetings, reporting, and performance discussions with clear, actionable insights
  • Drive Integrated Campaigns
  • Oversee execution across email, SMS, paid media (search, social, programmatic, video), and web
  • Ensure digital efforts are fully integrated with direct mail and offline channels
  • Lead onboarding and initial strategy for new client engagements
  • Lead Internal Teams
  • Direct cross-functional teams across creative, media, data, and tech
  • Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across all campaigns
  • Maintain strong alignment between strategy, execution, and client goals

  • Build and lead complex structured testing roadmaps across channels
  • Translate performance data into clear strategic recommendations
