If you’re ready to bring warmth and customer service to the care of our patients and their families, explore the following position: Under the direction of a supervisor or designated individual, the Senior Dietary Worker performs a variety of duties as required by the area assigned within the department. Rotation among areas is required, including but not limited to the following: storeroom, tray assembly and distribution, cold food preparation, hot food preparation, sanitation, equipment cleaning, packaging, dish and pot washing, waste disposal, and cafeteria. The shift for this position is rotating, and includes weekends and holidays. Location is our Columbia campus in Upper Manhatten/Washington Heights.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of food service experience
