About The Position

ACME Precision Diesel is hiring an experienced Senior Diesel Mechanic for our Greer, SC shop. This is not an entry level position. We are looking for a technician who can lead advanced diagnostics and repairs on medium and heavy duty trucks with minimal supervision. If you enjoy solving the hard problems, taking ownership of complex jobs, and working in a clean, well equipped shop, this is the right role. Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Evenings and weekends at home Type of Work This role is focused on advanced work, not just basic services. You will: Perform in depth engine diagnostics and repairs, including aftertreatment and emissions systems Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic systems Handle clutch, transmission, and driveline work Perform air and hydraulic brake diagnostics and repairs Lead troubleshooting on difficult repeat issues Help guide less experienced techs when needed You will often be the person others come to when they are stuck. Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands on diesel experience required
• 5 or more years of experience with medium and heavy duty trucks strongly preferred
• Proven ability to handle advanced diagnostics and complex repairs
• Strong electrical and aftertreatment experience is a plus
• Valid driver license and current DOT medical card
• Must supply your own hand tools appropriate to the trade
• Clean MVR and solid work history
• Professional, team oriented attitude
