The Work Lockheed Martin is looking for a proactive software Engineer. In this role you will drive the design, implementation and integration of software products that support our readiness solutions for Naval Combat and Missile Defense Programs across multiple DoD customers. You will work within an Agile environment to transform high level system requirements into validated, deployable software. The Sr. Software Engineer will execute systems and software engineering processes starting from high level system requirements, product requirements allocation, and product software design through software implementation, integration and verification. Requirements

Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent engineering/technical degree with a concentration in computer science courses.
Candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant work experience and/or 4 years with a masters degree
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Level Clearance

Experience with development in Linux and/or Windows
Experience with Agile Software Development
Experience with Virtual Machines
Experience with Cloud Platform providers (Amazon Web Services, Azure)
Experience with Containerization and Orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery
Experience with Automation Frameworks such as Robot, Junit, Sikuli
Proven Proficiency with Java and/or C++
Demonstrated interest and ability to learn new tools and technologies and successfully apply them in completing projects in a timely manner.
Prior or current Security clearance with DoD
