About The Position

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help us scale our infrastructure and delivery capabilities in an age of rapid software development using AI, with a focus on our flagship marketing agency planning, optimization, and reporting platform. In this role, you will develop and evolve our CI/CD pipelines, drive our cloud infrastructure strategy, and champion container orchestration best practices across the organization. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams to reduce toil, accelerate delivery, and ensure our systems are reliable, secure, and cost-efficient. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with significant ownership. You'll be both a builder and a technical leader: Designing systems, mentoring teammates, and influencing how we think about infrastructure across the company.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering role
Deep experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure preferred)
Strong background building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar)
Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code concepts
Experience with Databricks
Solid scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, or Go)
Experience with containerization (Docker) and image management
Experience with Microsoft Entra SSO

Nice To Haves

Data science toolkit (Python, R)
Experience with Claude Code

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and repeatable software delivery
Own Github branching, pull request, and code review approaches in an age of rapid development (think Claude Code)
Evolve our cloud infrastructure on Azure, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and cost optimization
Manage and improve Kubernetes cluster operations, including deployments, scaling, networking, and observability
Define and enforce infrastructure-as-code practices (think Databricks)
Partner with data science, product, and development to embed DevOps practices early in the development lifecycle
Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in build, test, and deploy workflows
